Accessibility Statement
For Forty Nine Hundred
Date: October 27, 2025
Forty Nine Hundred is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to align with the European Accessibility Act (EAA).
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
The 4900 Secure AI Portal and CISO Dashboard are currently partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially compliant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard, as we are an early-stage startup actively developing our core infrastructure.

Technical Specifications
Accessibility of the 4900 platform relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:
- HTML
- WAI-ARIA
- CSS
- JavaScript
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of the 4900 platform, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations:
- Data Visualization: Complex charts on the "AI Risk & NIS2 Compliance Report" may not yet have full text alternatives for screen readers. We are working to implement tabular data fallbacks for all risk graphs.
- AI-Generated Content: Output text streamed directly from third-party LLMs via our Secure AI Portal may occasionally lack semantic structure (like proper headings) as it is generated in real-time.
Enforcement Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with our response to your complaint or request, you may contact the Portuguese administrative entity responsible for digital inclusion monitoring (AMA - Agência para a Modernização Administrativa).
